This item is made to order and heat press printed (never ironed on) by Best Life Apparel in western Canada. We do not outsource our printing to another printing company, all items are made by us and sent directly to you. Please allow between 1-5 business days for your order to be made before shipping.

We work with carefully selected partners across North America to bring you the highest quality wellness products and apparel. This means:
- Items may ship from different locations - Your crystals, essential oils, and apparel may come from different fulfillment centers
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers - Each shipment will have its own tracking information sent to your email
- Delivery times may vary by product - While most items arrive within 5-7 business days, some specialty items may take longer

Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-7 business days
Express Shipping (Canada): 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 10-21 business days depending on destination
