Wild-harvested Canadian elderberries, organic rosehips, and fair-trade cloves — that’s it. Deep fruity notes from the elderberries, bright tartness from the rosehips, and a warm spicy finish from the cloves. Drink it hot, brew it iced, or simmer it into a traditional syrup with honey or maple. One 30g sachet makes 24oz of strong tea.

How to Brew

  • Hot tea — steep 1 sachet (30g) in 24oz boiling water for 10–15 minutes
  • Iced tea — double-brew for concentrate, then pour over ice
  • Traditional syrup — simmer with honey or maple syrup; cool before storing
